I was caught up in the emerging romance between Jayna and Ethan, but I was even more captivated by the rich, beautiful world in the Astral dimension. Jayna faces some very serious real world problems while trying to battle demonic forces. With Ethan by her side, she learns to navigate the Astral dimensions while learning to hone her otherwordly skills.
In addition to being a good read, this was also a very thought-provoking book. Some of mystical beliefs the author explores within this book are subjects I've never seen addressed in other works of fiction. I was particularly interested because many of these beliefs parallel my own. The author weaves an entertaining tale while opening up an entire world of possibilities for the reader. How much is "real?" How much of the world-building is from the author's vivid imagination? I suppose that's for every reader to determine on his or her own. Whether your looking for pure entertainment or a book that challenges (or affirms) your beliefs in the Other Side, this book is for you.

Well, I made it half way. You know how some books have so much descriptive text that you want to scream, "I HAVE AN IMAGINATION!"? Well, this book had none. Not even a "she shrugged". It was written so dryly I had to soak it in water. There's a romance with no romance, a family with no depth and a plot with no action. At the halfway point, things were so screwed up, I had to stop.
very good book, i loved the story line and want to know how it continues. i can not wait for the next one
What can I say this book had a unique concept that intrigued me throughout the novel. I really like the start where Jayna found out about the Astral Plane, and find out about Ethan and the demons, I did not think i would like this story but I did.
I like how the characters were developed well and how consistent they were through the entire book, love how their attitude are and how they reacted to certain sistuation, love how they romance was develope as soul mates.

I really enjoy this book and I want to thank Author Meltem Y.K. for introducing me to this amazing characters and this great book. I hope that you get to enjoy it and like it as much as I did
- This book is for those who like young adult, romance, and paranormal books
- It contains astral plane, karma, visions, reincarnation, vegetarians, mind reading and demons
- I didn’t get the overall conflict of the book, so I’m assuming there wasn’t one. Just when I thought a comment or note in the book meant a potential overall story conflict, it just disappeared…maybe in the next book?
- Any conflict written in the book is resolved quickly – very quickly. It sort of followed along the lines of – The main character is sad! Quick! Let’s make her happy again! *turns page* All better.
- Fighting demons in the toxic plane sounded exciting but there were only two short scenes in the entire book on this. Wasn’t this the whole reason Jayna went to the astral plane in the beginning?
- There are perspectives shifts without warning within chapters
- The cliffhanger ends right before a major scene
- Editing is needed

Jayna and Ethan are not your ordinary high school students. They first meet when Jayna finds herself in a nightmare, or so she thought. She soon realizes that they are both evolved humans who can travel between dimensions, and are also extraordinary warriors who extinguish demons in the Toxic Plane.
It does not taken Jayna and Ethan long to acknowledge the true love between then, and how they have been destined to be together, as they are eternal soul mates. Throughout the story we meet several of their friends and family and are taken into worlds and experiences only some can believe are real. We learn just how important good karma is and how evolved their little group really is.
I was unsure if I would like this book when I first started reading it, as it is very YA, and not my typical genre. I am very glad that I stuck with it, as I found myself very intrigued reading about the different gifts each character was able to discover they had and how important good karma really is. The author did a fantastic job luring in this unsure reader into the great world of the "unknown".
